EVENT PLANNING
When we get together to discuss and plan your event, we will discuss and review the following items:
Your address & contact number
Date of your event
Location (and directions, if required)
Age group range of your guests
Review Times: Guests Arrive, Cocktails, Dinner, Speeches, Dancing, End Of Evening
Discuss specifically how you would like to be introduced to your guests
First Song (Bride & Groom)
Wedding Party Song (if desired)
Father/Daughter and/or Mother/Son Dance (if desired)
Last Song (Bride & Groom)
Speciality Dances (Family, etc.)
Specific songs you would like to hear
Songs that you do not want played
Any special requests or dedications that you want announced/played during the event
Do you want your guests to be able to request songs?
Do you want the light show for your function? (Your choice - no extra charge - you may see it during the consultation)
Microphone required for speeches? Do you want a wired or wireless microphone?
You will also have the opportunity to listen to any music that you may have questions about. Your contract will be sent to you after your visit and will confirm all of the information above.
MUSIC PLANNING
