CORPORATE / PRIVATE PARTY

• Starts at 3 hours of service (client selects start time)

• Phone consultation to discuss the details of your event

• Complete sound system with one wireless and one wired microphone

• DJ/MC to keep your event on track and play the music that you want to hear

• All equipment set up, sound checked and ready to start at contracted start time

• Dance floor lighting system included at no extra charge

• Request forms for your guests (during COVID-19 requests via text message or website)

• 25% deposit, balance due prior to start of event
  
  * This package does not apply to weddings unless booking a stag & doe (please see Reception or Ceremony packages for weddings below)

WEDDING CEREMONY (ADD-ON)

• Starts at 2 hours of service (client selects start time)

• Equipment can be setup outside or indoors

• Complete sound system with one wireless and one wired microphone

• 25% deposit, balance due prior to start of event

• Client’s choice of music for:

  • Arrival of Guests

  • Wedding party and bride’s entrance

  • Ceremony music (if requested)

  • Registry Signing

  • Processional music when bride and groom depart

  • Departure of guests

WEDDING RECEPTION

• Starts at 4 hours of service (client selects start time)

• In person consultation to discuss the details of your event (Zoom meeting if preferred during COVID-19)

• Complete sound system with one wireless and one wired microphone

• DJ to play the music that you and your guests want to hear

• MC to make announcements and keep your wedding on schedule

• All equipment set up, sound checked and ready to start at contracted start time

• Dance floor lighting system included at no extra charge

• Request forms for your guests (during COVID-19 requests via text message or website)

• 25% deposit, balance due prior to start of event

* Please note that this package does not include wedding ceremony equipment setup (see wedding ceremony package)

* Discounts available for elementary schools and registered charities
* Referral discount available (if you are referred by a previous client of MGH Music Services)
* Discount available for booking your Wedding and Stag & Doe at the same time

Other Charges:

• Additional Sound/Lighting Equipment (over 250 people) - Pricing Upon Request

• Mileage Fees: 50 cents per km (when travelling outside of London)

• Accommodation Fees: If travel is required beyond 60 minutes from London
